  David McPhail is an Associate in the firm and is responsible for the operation of our East Lothian office in North Berwick and our website eastlothianprimeproperty.com. David has worked with the firm since 2000 and has experience of the East Lothian and Edinburgh markets over the last 30 years, both as a Solicitor and as an Estate Agent. He lives in East Lothian and is a strong advocate of the quality of life in the County and specialises in the marketing and sales of East Lothian and country properties and the negotiation of purchases up to the conclusion of missives.

  Property Manager

  Sarah Robertson is the Property Shop Manager in East Lothian having joined the firm in 2001. Sarah brings a wealth of property experience both from having worked south of the border and also with other Edinburgh firms. She is responsible for the negotiation of sales and manages the day-to-day running of the Property Department in East Lothian ensuring that the highest level of service is given to all clients.

  Sales Negotiator

  Alicia initially joined Simpson & Marwick in 1994 and worked with the litigation team. In 2006 she joined the Property Team. Having been born and brought up in East Lothian, Alicia has a passion for both the East Lothian lifestyle and people together with a wealth of knowledge of the whole county. She is a very pro-active and enthusiastic member of the North Berwick team and supports both David and Sarah in providing excellent service to all East Lothian Clients.
